ni cerita ke dua. cerita birthday kawan aku yang comel lagi montel.. tp mata sepet. ahahhaah XD. kami mmg begini...kami sama ja tapi tak serupa. ni celebration bday dia bersama aku dan kawan2 lain. harituh first celebration kat tmpt dia di sri aman, tp aku pulak xde.. aku travelling. so, aku rancangkan party la. small party, tp xsangka pulak jadi party kira besar tu. lagipun kawan kite org dari sri aman ada jugak datang ke kuching. winne... akhirnya setelah sekian lama hutang ke kuching dituntut, dia datang jugak... hey, aku hilang idea ni. korang tgk gambar jer la. -__-""

beres kerjaku

akhirnya semua kerja dah beres..balik kuching, relax sekejap..walaupun aku tau kerja aku menimbun di ofis. -_- uwaaa..tak hengen rasanya masuk office. harus ku gagahi jua...

sorry ar update sikit2..aku malas ni..lebih baik aku layan kekasih jiwa raga aku si laptop. ahaha. korang agak ape eh? ahaha :P

hujung minggu...apa yg ada di hujung minggu... ngee.. nothing kan? tp for me everything..semalam dah cuti...tp xrasa cam cuti..panggilan fon yang tak berhenti.. i dont know why..apa masalah derang ni..xleh selesai sendiri ke??? perlukah mengganggu aku yg tgh bercuti..akhirnya, aku tekan punat button OFF dan ZZZzzzZZzz... really tired...now hampir every moth travelling.. kadang2 rasa nak teruskan perjuangan..kadang2 rasa nak berhenti skrg...tp kalau aku berhenti sekarang, hati siapa yang takkan terluka? haa terutamaa mak, nenek...habis lah aku cam ni..tp mereka x mengerti. :( siapa yang nak mengerti? kalau part keje nak jaga hati bos, dan sewaktu dengannya....kalau pasal kehidupan, jaga hati mummy, nenek dan sewaktu dengannya..... belum lagi part kawan dan sewaktu dengannya.... hati orang aku jaga..aku try cakap BOLEH waLaupun sukar untuk aku katakan BOLEH..aku cakap jer MALAYSIA BOLEH... tp kalau ada hal yg aku cakap TAK BOLEH, aku rasa aku betul2 tak boleh. kadang2....sebagai manusia ada limit...tp ntah la..xda pun yang faham.... letakkan diri di situasi aku skrg..letak ..!! teehee :D

Tuhan.. heee :D senang kan jawapan aku... aku dah letih.....letih nak jaga hati orang....... sometimes i need space for my own life.. aku dari isnin hingga jumaat sibuk dengan kerja.kadang2 jer aku pegi chill tmpt lain ponteng. hakhakhak..... tp kebanyakan masa mmg dipenuhi dengan kerja, apointment. kadang2, cerewet nya seseorang pelanngan tu tak dapat dipenuhi kehendak boleh pula menggugut untuk mengguna khidmat org lain di masa akan datang.. apa dosa aku? aku tak tau ape2.. ngaa~ :D aku skrg dah jadi robot...robot pun tabik spring kat aku. sebab mereka tak leh jadi aku.. so, sabtu ahad? gunakan la sebaiknya untuk reload semula tenaga yang digunakan selama 5 hari....dah tu.... 5 hari siang aku keje, malam aku di rumah nenek..mummy daddy? sehat ke tak ke? ada aku tau? so sabtu ahad waktu sianglah digunakan sebaiknya.. malam seperti biasa...macam kutu kan badan monyet.. ngaaahahahaha.

persepsi orang kat kita xkan penah luput....macam2 persepsi.... tp tak kisah lah....itu hak mereka.....mana aku nak kesah lagi.. hidup aku sendiri terumbang ambing..tak lama tenggelam la.

from Wednesday until today always went for a shopping...non-stop. today i went to hopoh accompany my aunty for buying her formal wear....ayarkk... u know what,u have to ready ur physically and mentally while accompany her for a shopping. hahaha. i tell u.. sakit la badan wehhhhhhhhhhhhh....

Taman Sahabat

That's been a long time for me not going and hangout with my fellow friends at Taman Sahabat which is situated at Jalan Stutong BDC. After finishing my class at 4.30pm just now, me, Lyea and Jenny having our fun at Taman Sahabat. Hahaahah.. Is it fun? -____________________-

Only LEPAK for an hour because of the weather.. Getting rain soon. We walk along the KOLAM and bla bla bla bla for LEPAS GIAN.. Hahahaha... Kutuk la.. pa lagik!!~~. On the way back home, we meet some doggie around Taman Sahabat playing around. It's seem like no one care of the dog or ermm.....them sneak out from their own home.. uwaaaaaaaaa :(( sure their PARENTS will be worried for searching them.. really2 cute....trust me.. But their fur seems like NO MANDI lo.. hahah :DD

I got a very serious ache on my back. I can't stand, sit, lay down very well ... I have no mood to enter my classes that started this week. So in pain. Aduh... :(( I can't recall why is it happened to me. I have to go up and down stairs to enter my full throttle of my class started this week. Every moment I'll stop suddenly to calm my pain. Jatuh pun tada maaa... How can? Hope It'll be ok a day after tomorrow. Hurmm :((

I don't what happen to UNIMAS last night. My house situated not far from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Almost 9.00pm, there were something that sound like a gun..hahaha...not once but many time. So, we get out from our house and we can see BUNGA API from our house. I dont know when is it ending..but i think there's were function held on that day. I dont care actually because what attrack me more is from astro ria BOLOS..wkakakakakakak.. :PP

For a few days I havent updating my blogger. Erm..One whole day playing wedding dash.. Just Now Florence message me and ask me to accompany her to our secondary school to take our certificate.. Hurm.. Then, she suddenly tell me that her father will accompany her to or school..up to her for sure. I feel like to Jalan-Jalan cari makan la.. But.. heee :D

Mengapa Tubuh Saya Pendek??

Tubuh pendek bisa terjadi karena beberapa hal selain karena faktor keturunan yakni kekurangan hormon pertumbuhan (somatotropin). Hormon ini dihasilkan oleh kelenjar pituitary (kelenjar dibawah otak) yang berfungsi mengendalikan pertumbuhan tulang anda. Pada usia 12-14, kelenjar ini sangat aktif dan memproduksi banyak sekali hormon untuk merangsang pertumbuhan tulang. Setelah itu kelenjar hormon akan berkurang produksinya. Biasanya pada wanita kelenjar ini berhenti berproduksi pada usia 21 tahun dan pria 25 tahun kecuali anda mengetahui tehnik tertentu agar kelernjar ini tetap berproduksi untuk menambah tinggi badan anda. Cara-cara ini biasanya terdapat pada program-program penambah tinggi badan yang ada dipasaran.

Selain karena faktor usia hormon pertumbuhan juga bisa berhenti sebelum waktunya karena faktor stres dalam kehidupannya (sekolah, tempat kerja, rumah tangga dll). Faktor lainnya lagi adalah masalah kebiasaan yang tidak sehat seperti diet yang berlebihan, posisi tidur yang tidak baik, olahraga yang salah, postur badan yang tidak semestinya (cacat). Dengan demikian, untuk bertambah tinggi anda harus menghindari faktor-faktor tersebut : harus memiliki nutrisi yang cukup, tidur yang cukup dengan posisi yang baik, olahraga yang benar dan postur tubuh yang tidak cacat.
